The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader: Becoming the Person Others Will Want to Follow - John C. Maxwell, Rolf Zettersten Short thought provoking chapters. Maybe nothing totally revolutionary but good stuff. Nice stories to help readers remember the point, plus practical ways to impliment the qualities. Glad I read it.
