I'm addicted to books. According to Umberto Eco I am building an anti-library, meaning I own way more books than I have read. I love good fiction, literature, theology, Biblical studies, philosophy, children's books, and lots more.

Love's Labor's Lost - Stephen Orgel, A.R. Braunmuller, William Shakespeare I knew nothing about this play when I started it, and I must say that I was often confused. The plot is basic enough : a King and three young lords swear off women for three years and then immediately fall in love with a princess and her three attending ladies. There is a great deal of banter. Unfortunately, much of it was in Latin or Elizabethan English. Half the time I had to consult the foot notes just to find out what was happening. I'm sure I'll enjoy this one more in years to come as I get a better feel for the language.
