I'm addicted to books. According to Umberto Eco I am building an anti-library, meaning I own way more books than I have read. I love good fiction, literature, theology, Biblical studies, philosophy, children's books, and lots more.

Fight Club - Chuck Palahniuk Three stars is a compromise. Stylistically I would give it 4 stars. Interesting cultural analysis--I would give it 4 stars. It is a view of our society and men (the middle children of history) in the 20th and 21st centuries. But this book (and movie for that matter) is quite disturbing too. Hope? None that I've found. Morals? Not really. So while I find it interesting and engaging with clever characters, I would say that I also read it with the understanding that the main character is in utter rebellion against God and society. Enough said.
